One Source Sales started in 2008 with the goal of providing the best regional broker coverage in the Midwest. Our vendor partners are made up of specialty and natural food companies, both domestic and imported. Since 2008, we have opened regional offices in the Southeast and Rocky Mountains with the same goal of providing best in class regional broker coverage.
We believe there is a direct relationship between the success of our vendors and our success. By representing a smaller number of brands, we feel there is a shared responsibility with each of our brands success in the marketplace. Simply put, we grow when our brands grow.
One Source Sales assists brands in all retailer and distributor category reviews, along with, the processing of all paperwork associated with new items, promotions, cost changes, item maintenance and deduction clearing with distributors. We ensure all promotional programs run according to each vendors national promotional plan at our retail partners. Lastly, we work with our vendor partners to develop new placement opportunities with key retailers in each market.
One Source uses One Note to provide our team members and vendor partners with a platform to share files and information pertinent to growing our mutual business. Each vendor has access to their own folder on our One Note site. One Source also develops distributor sales and distribution reports that are made available to our vendor partners on One Note.
